Sherbin Silos Complex Project

Following our company’s outstanding success in the mechanical installation of upper and lower conveyor belts for 24 silos at the Tanta and Menouf silo complex, the Arab Contractors Company, managing the Ismailia Shipyard, entrusted us with the installation of all mechanical belts, metal walkways, and walkway supports. This was executed to the required quality and within the specified timeframe, bringing the total number of silos completed to 36.

Menouf Silos Complex Project

We have made significant and tangible progress in implementing the upper and lower conveyor systems for the Tanta silos complex project. The Arab Contractors Company entrusted us with the implementation of these conveyor systems, and we completed and handed over all the systems for the Menouf silos complex to the Spanish company supervising the project. The company also implemented the project’s fire line, starting from the electric, diesel, and jockey pump rooms and extending through 1000 meters of 6-inch seamless pipes to the fire cabinets.

Tanta Silos Complex Project

This is one of the most important projects implemented by the state for the automated storage, loading, and unloading of wheat. Our company, specializing in mechanical installations and metal construction, contributed by installing and operating the conveyor belts for loading and unloading the silo and loading and unloading trucks carrying wheat.

Porto Said Hotel Project

One of the most important tourism projects established on the Mediterranean coast, we had the honor of collaborating with Amer Group to implement a complete fire suppression system for four floors. Our technical office designed and executed the entire system, including fire cabinets, pendant sprinklers, cuprit, and sidewalls, delivering it to a pressure of 20 bar.

Nestlé Warehouse Fire Line

As we specialize in implementing all types of fire lines, the company designed and implemented a fire line for the Nestle Food Industries warehouse on an area of (10,000) ten thousand square meters, where our company manufactured and installed the pump storage tank, the main line, and distributed the fire cabinets and sprinklers in a period of only two months

Zohr Gas Field Project

One of the greatest projects implemented in Egypt, we were honored to collaborate with Petrojet to construct 3,000 tons of high-rise metal structures and deliver them to the consultant (Belayim Petroleum Company, Enppi) to the required quality and within a short timeframe.

Badran Oil Storage Depots

This is one of the state-owned oil storage projects designed for the automated storage and unloading of petroleum products. Our company was contracted by the Petroleum Projects and Technical Consulting Company (Petrojet) to handle the shop drawings, cutting sheets, and fabrication of the steel structures and pipe supports (steel shed, plate form, mixed support, and standard support).

Ajroud Oil Storage Depots

It is one of the oil storage projects established by the state to store and unload petroleum products in an automated manner. The Petroleum Projects and Technical Consulting Company (Petrojet) has contracted our company to handle shop drawings, cutting sheets, and the fabrication of steel structures and pipe supports (steel sheds, plate forms, mixed supports, and standard supports).

Abu Sultan Greenhouse Project

Among the projects implemented by the state to advance the future of modern agriculture, our company installed vast areas of greenhouses in the Abu Sultan greenhouse project on the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road and delivered them to the implementing company according to the required quality standards.

Ghazl El-Mahalla Steel Structure Project

Manufacturing works of a 250-ton Mahalla Al-Kubra spinning and weaving truss hangar made of steel sections, under the supervision of the Arab Contractors Company, Ismailia Shipyard Administration.

Magnum Marine Panton Project

Zamalek Restaurant Project

Project Overview

Technical Steel proudly participated in the construction of (4) floating pontoons at the Ismailia Shipyard. This vital project reflects the integration of engineering expertise between the private sector and major national entities, contributing to the support and development of maritime infrastructure in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Scope of Work

Technical Steel oversaw the complete supervision and execution of all work phases within the workshops of the Ismailia Shipyard Administration, and the work included the following:

Structural Fabrication
Execution of the steel structures for (4) floating pontoons according to the approved engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Specialized Welding Work
We execute all marine welding works according to international standards, using Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure the highest levels of safety, efficiency, and stability.

Natural Gas Connection Project

Our company, through Town Gas Company, has installed internal and external gas connections for 20,000 customers in the operational areas of Nasr City, Heliopolis, Ain Shams, Tel El Aqareb in Sayeda Zeinab, and Maadi.

Maintenance and restoration of the ferry’s structure and overhaul of worn parts to ensure safe navigation.
Metalwork: Execution of ironwork and welding to restore the structural integrity of the ferry.
Surface Preparation: Scraping and painting the structure with international marine protection systems resistant to the canal’s environmental conditions.
